On top of the standard third-party motor liability and own damage insurances, the motor insurance division of our company offers to motor fleet managers and operators accessories (e.g. tire insurance), further technical assistance and claims services, as well, as risk management concerning the vehicles operated. In the latter area, there are solutions available to mitigate the risk of accidents on the basis of monitoring and evaluating loss experience.
Our company sub-contracts its technical assistance and claims management services related to motor insurances to Assistruck. These services are available to our clients purchasing own damage insurance and comprises the following services:
• Accident assistance (to maintain a 7/24 alarm centre, to organise technical assistance to repair the vehicle on site or transport it to the workshop, to safeguard the defective or damaged vehicle, as well, as to organise accommodation, repatriation, if necessary medical treatment to driver and passengers)
• To report the claim to the insurance company and to organise the survey in the workshop or elsewhere.
• To co-ordinate the flow of information/documents between the client, the claims adjuster, the workshop, the leasing company (if any) and the insurer to facilitate swift payment of claim.
• To provide for the claims settlement in case of minor losses.
